Sleeping is our first biological need. It helps our body cells to rest, relax and rejuvenate. A good sleep refills our body and spirit and it helps with restarting tomorrow with much Energy and a smile. In my past ten years, I have been struggling with sleep deprivation twice. During 15 months due to nightshift, when I once slept up to 21 hours for exhaustion and in the aftermath of traumatic events in Paris (2015).
