Laughing is still one of my fave thérapies against loneliness, boredom and transiction stages like darken before dawn ( when you are becoming Something new that you don’t yet understand rationally and you hold on with your **new** everyday routine but you know that it’s not what you are really aimed for ) ……

If you are in the dark nights it’s even more recommended: joke about your self, use irony as self defense and play. Activate the joker archetype.
