Self Help – Stress is our better ally for a healthy lifestyle. Don’t blame it, but take action. It’s protecting you like squids do with ink:) If someone tells you « ah, so you have a problem with stress » you are more than welcome to my pages and pods.
Hi Crew, this is my personal tribute to PTSD and Trauma as Survivor. After Paris attacks, in 2015, I have personally reached out for help and sailed for a night sea journey improving coping skills with Creativity and Mindfulness until today. The fact I am not a specialist, it doesn't mean I don't have any expertise. If this stuff reaches just ONE of you, amongst the folks, I will feel accomplished.
